Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind with the exception of: 

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your Nommster arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@nommsters.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review your claim and either replace the item or issue a refund.

Damaged or incorrect items should be returned if requested, otherwise we’ll provide instructions.

If we approve your damaged or incorrect item for refund:
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of confirmation.
